Appearance~ Hera has long, wavy brown hair which falls over her shoulders in a tumble of silk. But usually this appears to be up in a loose bun with little golden slides holding it in place. She has sky blue eyes that always appear bright and welcoming to everyone she meets. She has delicate, feminine features with a small figure, but long legs. She usually wears a long, silky sky blue dress which matches her eyes perfectly which slims in on her little figure all the way to the ground. Little sandals enveloping her midnight blue painted toe-nails, which she finds easier to walk in. Long dangling gold ears fall from her ears, whilst a delicate and beautiful ring sits on place on her wedding finger; resembling her as the Goddess of Marriage and Family.

Personality~ Hera is always happy to help people, and likes nothing more than to cheer them up. She can always tell what the person is feeling based on their eyes, and is able to look passed a mask of happiness to see the true hurt hidden beneath. She is very gentle and always up for giving advice to those who need it. When you have her trust you have it for life and she makes promises not to leave you.
Hera is a very calm and collective person who you can always rely on to not panic in a tough situation. She puts others before herself and is strongly against wars and violence.

Background~ Hera was born by the Titans Cronus and Rhea and was one of the three sisters of Zeus and later on became his wife as well.
The royal wedding of Zeus and Hera was celebrated with exceptional splendour and the couple gave birth to four children; Eilithyia, the goddess who was protecting the childbirth, Ares, the Olympian god of war, Hebe, the goddess of youth and Hephaestus, the Olympian god of metallurgy. According to some beliefs, Hephaestus was born without the intervention of Zeus.
